About Us

About us

Health Revolution USA is a national startup initiative redefining public health from the ground up.

We exist to fill the gap where traditional political consulting and health policy have failed—bringing real-world solutions to the forefront of America’s most urgent crises:
✔ Chronic illness
✔ Broken food systems
✔ Lack of transparency in healthcare

Born from lived experience, our mission is to elevate the voices of patients, caregivers, and communities too often overlooked by conventional systems.

We work at the intersection of advocacy, policy strategy, and grassroots mobilization to advance reform in:

  • Chronic illness care and prevention
  • Food and agriculture policy
  • Medical freedom and regulatory transparency
  • Health resilience and self-sufficiency

Through strategic campaigns, coalition-building, and education, we are empowering Americans to reclaim their health—and hold institutions accountable to the people they serve.

Jacqueline Capriotti

Meet the Founder

Jacqueline Capriotti is a small business owner, caregiver, and national grassroots strategist dedicated to reshaping America’s health future from the ground up.

She founded Health Revolution USA, a values-driven creative consulting collective focused on public relations, campaign strategy, coalition-building, and strategic fundraising. The firm delivers actionable solutions for policymakers, organizations, and citizen-led movements committed to transforming public health and restoring trust in America’s wellness systems.

Jacqueline’s Journey:

Her advocacy didn’t begin in politics—it began at home.

As the mother of two children living with cystic fibrosis and multiple co-morbidities, Jacqueline’s lived experience led her to:

  • Co-found the Foundation for Childhood Pancreatitis
  • Secure life-saving pancreatic surgery at the University of Minnesota for her son
  • Advocate directly with the FDA to gain approval for breakthrough CF treatments

She served on the board of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation – Greater NJ Chapter, where she helped launch the state’s first CF Caregiver Support Initiative and supported major donor campaigns that have extended lives across the CF community.

Beyond Medical Advocacy:

Jacqueline is also the founder of the Victory Garden Alliance—a national initiative inspired by WWII Victory Gardens. The movement promotes:

  • Food sovereignty
  • Regenerative agriculture
  • Community resilience

By encouraging Americans to grow their own food—whether in a backyard, windowsill, or farm—the Alliance supports healing from the soil up.

National Political Impact:

In 2024, Jacqueline led chronic illness and caregiver outreach for Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s presidential campaign, serving as:

  • National Director for Chronic Illness & Healthcare Reform
  • NJ State Communications Director
  • National Organizer for Farmers for Kennedy

She launched the Kennedy Victory Garden Project, coordinated national coalitions, and helped shape MAHA (Make America Healthy Again) messaging—bridging movements and parties in the name of health, transparency, and family-first solutions.

Today, through Health Revolution USA...

Jacqueline continues to lead strategic, people-powered efforts focused on:

  • Healthcare transparency
  • Regenerative food systems
  • Community-based health solutions

Whether through legislation, public awareness, or coalition strategy, she remains deeply committed to Making America Healthy Again.
