Through strategic campaigns, coalition-building, and education, we are empowering Americans to reclaim their health—and hold institutions accountable to the people they serve.
FOUNDER
Jacqueline Capriotti is a small business owner, caregiver, and national grassroots strategist dedicated to reshaping America’s health future from the ground up. She is the founder of Health Revolution USA, a health-focused startup specializing in public relations, political and campaign strategy, event production, coalition building, and strategic fundraising. The firm delivers actionable solutions for policymakers, organizations, and citizen-led movements committed to transforming public health, advancing wellness, and driving systemic change.
Jacqueline’s advocacy journey began not in politics, but at home—as a mother caring for two children diagnosed with cystic fibrosis and multiple co-morbidities. Her son’s battle with chronic pancreatitis, which left him unable to eat by mouth for two years, led her to found the Foundation for Childhood Pancreatitis and secure a life-saving Total Pancreatectomy with Auto-Islet Cell Transplant at the University of Minnesota. She also played a key role in gaining FDA approval for breakthrough treatments targeting rare CFTR mutations affecting her children.
She served on the board of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation – Greater New Jersey Chapter, where she helped launch the state’s first CF Caregiver Support Initiative and supported major donor and community fundraising efforts that have extended lives and improved quality of care.
Beyond medical advocacy, Jacqueline is the founder of the Victory Garden Alliance, a national movement inspired by the WWII Victory Gardens. The initiative promotes food sovereignty, regenerative agriculture, and community self-sufficiency—empowering Americans to grow their own food from their backyard, windowsill, or local farm. She believes that nutrition, environmental health, and community collaboration are vital to reversing the chronic illness epidemic.
On the national stage, Jacqueline led chronic illness and caregiver outreach for Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s 2024 presidential campaign, where she designed and executed successful grassroots initiatives, coordinated national coalitions, and launched the Kennedy Victory Garden Project. She also helped elevate Farmers for Kennedy and supported aligned fundraising efforts that brought visibility to health and agriculture reform.
Through her leadership at Health Revolution USA, Jacqueline continues to champion bold, people-powered reforms—advocating for transparency in healthcare, stronger food systems, and holistic, community-based solutions. Whether through legislation, citizen organizing, public awareness campaigns, or strategic fundraising, she remains deeply committed to Making America Healthy Again.
